About Us

Translation Admy is a Germany-based translation and interpreting agency with over 10 years of experience working with public authorities and institutions.

We are expanding our international network of freelance interpreters and intercultural mediators in Rwanda.

Languages Required

We welcome applicants speaking all African languages and dialects, as well as other international languages, including:

• Kinyarwanda, Kirundi, Swahili, Lingala, Somali, Amharic, Tigrinya, Oromo, Hausa, Fulani/Fula, Bambara, Igbo, Gbe, Comorian and Creole languages
• Arabic (all dialects), Dari, Farsi/Persian, Pashto, Urdu, Bengali, Hindi and Turkish
• Kurdish (Kurmanji, Sorani, Badini), Albanian, Armenian, Bosnian, Georgian, Macedonian and other languages
• French, English and additional European languages

Speakers of languages not listed above are also welcome to apply.

Requirements

• Residence in Rwanda
• Fluency in at least one relevant language or dialect
• Good command of English or French, preferably B2 level or higher
• Strong communication skills, confidentiality and reliability
• No relevant criminal record
• Willingness to work on-site when assignments become available
• Students and native speakers are welcome
• Previous interpreting experience is an advantage but not always required

Working Conditions

• Freelance / self-employed collaboration
• On-site assignments depending on client requirements
• Flexible availability
• Remuneration agreed individually for each assignment
• Travel and accommodation expenses reimbursed when agreed in advance
